Monday 24th August sees the Isle of Man 10,000m Championships held at the NSC track reorganised from April!
IOM Athletics Championship medals will be awarded to the first three men and women in the race walk and running events.
Registration takes place at the track from 5.30pm to 6.30pm for both events although race walkers are asked to register by 6pm at the latest.
The race walk starts at 6.15pm and has a cut off time of 70 minutes.
The run starts at 7.30pm.
Within each event will be a 5km race for those wishing to test themselves out over the shorter distance. Please note that these are not championship events and medals will not awarded – your time will be your prize!
The entry fee for all events is £5.
This event is only open to athletes who are members of a UKA club or are registered with England Athletics. Please bring your registration card with you or your EA registration number when signing on.
