The 10,000m Track Championships (run and racewalk) are being held on Wednesday 22nd August at the NSC in Douglas.
The walk will start at 6.15pm and the run at 7.30pm and entries will be taken on the day for both events. Sign on will be from 5.30pm.
Cost will be £4 for Seniors and £2 for Juniors.
Whilst both events are IOM Athletics Track Championships over 10,000m both will incorporate 3000m and 5000m races should anyone and in particular junior athletes wish to compete over the shorter distances.
